分體式 Rossini 系列的設計理念，是由一體式 Rossini Player 發展而成，承襲了所有數位串流功能外，更提昇了整體的音樂性。Rossini 系列運用了旗艦 Vivaldi 的核心技術、最新的 dCS 數位處理平台及 APEX Ring DAC 。內部使用的可編程晶片 (FPGA) 能夠優化訊號的處理方式，使得 Rossini 能夠不斷升級、與時俱進。

Rossini Transport 被設計為與 Rossini DAC 搭配使用，亦可搭配其他標準的 DAC 。Rossini 轉盤能夠使用其內部主時鐘系統，也可使用 DAC 當作系統的主時鐘，再配上 Rossini Clock 能夠使整套系統表現大幅提升。Rossini 系列也承襲了 Vivaldi 的 ‘auto clocking’ 結構能將時機誤差降至最低並自動鎖定不同頻率的音樂來源格式，大幅提昇整體音質表現。

最新的 Rossini 系列整合了來自不同平台的數位音樂，透過 Rossini 播放都能擁有絕佳的聲音表現，更成為了數位重播的全新標竿。

Rossini 升頻轉盤能將 CD 訊號提昇至 DSD、DSD/128 或是 DXD (24-bit 352.8 kS/s)，傳輸方式是經由 Dual AES/EBU 介面，而原始 CD 格式是經由第3組 PCM 輸出 (1x AES3 and 2x SPDIF) 來傳輸。播放 SACD 的話則是擷取最原始的 DSD 格式，能夠讀取並傳輸其原生音樂格式。

英國 dCS 以最高標準來設計與製造其產品，Rossini 優雅的機殼使用航太鋁合金，內部特別設計的聲學抑震結構能有效降低機械承盤的震動與電磁干擾。電源部分通過多層級的電源規範，主要的變壓器與類比、數位、時鐘電路完全隔絕開以確保彼此不會互相干擾。

Rossini 轉盤的機械結構為 2mm 的鋼構成及鋁合金承盤，其特殊抑震材料具有出色的剛性，制震性以及消除共振的能力。最高規格的電子組件更能確保讀取時的噪音降到最低。

如同所有 dCS 轉盤，Rossini CD/SACD轉盤的韌體能夠簡單的透過 CD 來升級。如此能夠讓 Rossini 增加新功能以及提升其表現，更對應到未來所需的功能。

不只如此，Rossini 轉盤能夠使用 dCS Mosaic App 來操作，讓使用者更簡易的管理其線上串流、數位音源檔案以及CD/SACD 的播放。
